Whether it be your top show hack or your beloved paddock mate, all your clipping needs will be catered for. With a careful eye for detail, you are gauranteed the perfect clip, every time. Tania uses a gentle and kind approach, resulting in a calm and accepting horse to clip.

A quick guide to preparing your horse for a clip:

• Thoroughly wash your horse with shampoo and conditioner, making sure to scrub legs, head and rump free of any 'scurf'
• The horse is to completely dry and free of any dirt / mud when presenting for a clip
• The loss of hair must be compensated with adequate rugging to keep your horse warm. An extra doona of 220gm fill or more is recommended.
• The horse must be washed, preferably with a medicated shampoo such as Triocil, immediately after the clip to ensure that no ingrown hairs or skin reactions develop
• Make an assesment of your horses temperament and age before making the decision to sedate the horse or not for his / her clip
• Sedation is recommended for horses under 3 years of age, highly strung horses, horses prone to kicking and head shy horses
• Please consult your veternarian to discuss your sedation requirements if needed

DOG GROOMING

In house dog grooming with the best equipment and hydro baths available to make your dog as comfortable as possible. All dogs individually washed, blow dried, groomed free of knots and matts, clipped, scissored, nails trimmed. Extra matted dogs may incur a higher fee for extra grooming.

Short haired and Maltese type specialist grooming from Tania

Prices:

• Starting from $20 for small short haired breeds.
• From $45 for small long haired breeds requiring clipping and trimming
• From $60 for larger dogs / farm dogs
